Return & Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request
To initiate a return or exchange, simply message us on WhatsApp at +92 3148297659 with your order details. We will guide you through the next steps.
If you notice any issues with your item after receiving it, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos.
Return Shipping
● Customers are responsible for return shipping.
● We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid any loss.
Refund Policy
● If you simply change your mind or want a different color/style, we’ll refund the product amount excluding delivery charges (after inspecting the returned item).
● Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Exchange Policy
● Exchanges are allowed if the product is unused and in original condition.
● Delivery charges for sending the new item will be deducted or charged separately.
● Exchanges must also be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Important Notes
● Damaged product claims after 24 hours will not be accepted.
● Items that fail inspection (used, damaged, missing tags) may not be eligible for return/exchange.
● If a returned item is not acceptable, the customer can either pay to get it back or ask us to dispose of it.
